
PROJECT DEFINITION
In order to better respond to its humanitarian mission and to the challenges of innovation in the provision of health services, the Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro has made an institutional commitment to digitally transform its hospital and all the services provided there.
The proven model will guide efforts to expand coverage to all households and additional social services that are part of the OBRAS SOCIALES. This effort is based on resolving the institutional commitment to focus all its efforts on improving the quality and coverage of health and care for the poor, sick and abandoned people of Guatemala, to do it in an efficient and effective manner.
OBJECTIVES:
a) Systematize and make efficient and effective the technical, financial and administrative management of the hospital in all areas and services on a single platform.
b) To centrally manage all the publics and users that form a direct and indirect part of Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro by facilitating integral communications.
c) Incorporate innovative processes in the provision of health services to the Guatemalan population, its users and public.
d) To strengthen digital services in a strategic manner to support the future vision of national preventive health education and human resources training at your hospital.
GOALS:
a) Achieve 100% fiber optic infrastructure and connectivity in the hospital.
b) 100% of the equipment is functional and up to date and capable of operating all the processes to be implemented.
c) 100% of all processes and services of the institution in general are digitized.
d) 100% of employees are familiar with the technologies incorporated in management and can operate them.
e) Increase with innovative services thousands of patients across the country who are unable to travel to the hospital's central facilities.

PROJECT DEFINITION
The project seeks to improve the quality of life of users through hydrotherapy programs and adapted aquatic exercises.
A therapeutic pool designed with the objective of creating an accessible and safe environment for physical and occupational therapy that provides therapeutic and recreational benefits to people with disabilities.
OBJECTIVES:
Build and operate an inclusive therapeutic pool that offers hydrotherapy and aquatic recreation services for people with disabilities.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

Conclusion
The success of the therapeutic pool will depend on careful planning, effective implementation and continuous monitoring to ensure that the established objectives and goals are met, thus improving the quality of life of people with disabilities.

PROJECT DEFINITION: We propose the construction of a membrane type awning to protect and cover the Virgen del Socorro square, allowing the realization of recreational and religious activities that take place in that home, facilitating the comfort of the attendees and leaving a perception of warmth and modernity that harmonizes with the surrounding buildings and green areas.
OBJECTIVES: To offer resident patients appropriate spaces for recreation and improvement of their quality of life, alternating their usual spaces with their living quarters.
GOAL:
To have enabled a large area with lighting and sound amplification facilities to carry out recreational activities for patients and mitigate the problem of depression of patients due to confinement in the wards of the homes.
Likewise, this area can be used for protocol activities, masses and commemorative events.
DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT:
The Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro, the Asociación Amigos Pro Obras Sociales and the School of Dentistry of the Universidad Mesoamericana, propose to unite resources, interests and commitments to jointly develop a project for the growth of the dental services provided by the Obras Sociales, with 4 dental clinics in perfect condition for the care of patients
OBJECTIVES:
To develop the capacity of the dental clinics of the Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro Hospital to provide dental health services to its patients and poor and sick Guatemalans and to facilitate the training of dental professionals.
Specific Objectives:
a) To develop dental services aimed at maintaining the oral health of the most needy in the hospital, as well as residents of the Virgen del Socorro Home and the Hermano Pedro Shelter.
b) Strengthen the institutional capacity to provide dental services to the Guatemalan population with quality, charity and warmth
c) To facilitate the experience of working with special patients and the general population for undergraduate and master's degree students of the Universidad Mesoamericana School of Dentistry.
d) Create opportunities to facilitate the participation of foreign dental students who can perform medium-term residencies at the hospital.
e) Design a project that is sustainable over time.
f) To facilitate the fulfillment of the objectives of the Asociación Amigos Pro Obras Sociales.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
The project is proposed to be able to be inaugurated after fulfilling all its stages within six calendar months from the signing of the corresponding agreement.

PROJECT DEFINITION:
The PAM Project aims to implement a digital automation solution to optimize the management, maintenance and monitoring of the organization's infrastructure and equipment.
