“Guatemalans with a high vocation of service, philanthropy and social commitment to Guatemala” The Amigos Pro Obras Sociales Association arises from the recognition and appreciation of the extraordinary work carried out in Guatemala by the Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro in favor of the poor, sick and abandoned of the country.
MISSION
The mission of this organization focuses on its primary purpose, which is the work of sustainability. This involves the effective management of financial resources, in-kind resources and equipment to foster the continued development and growth of this noble humanitarian work. In addition, an essential element of its mission is to spread its work in key areas such as health, education and home care, following the inspiring example of Saint Brother Peter. This is carried out with an unwavering commitment to quality services, charity towards those in need and warmth in the treatment of those who benefit from our work.
VISION
The vision of Amigos Pro Obras Sociales is centered on a commitment to the health and care needs of the most destitute. We rely on Divine Providence and the generosity of our benefactors to carry out our humanitarian mission. We work in close collaboration with organizations such as Obras Sociales to strengthen and expand our efforts.
